Gateway-Lafayette Townhome Association located in Lafayette, Colorado, just off West Baseline Road and Crossing Drive, was built in 1998 and is a quiet community comprised of 27 townhomes, each with a single car garage and fenced backyard.  

 

Our community is only 20 minutes from the University of Colorado Boulder, 15 minutes from Flatirons Crossing Mall, 25 mins to Chautauqua Park Trailhead and NCAR.  Lafayette Recreation Center is only minutes away, there are grocery stores, restaurants, six breweries, Ophelia Miramontes is within walking distance and the Lafayette Public Library is just up the street.  There are walking trails near the community and we are also near several wildlife preserves.

 

Conveniently located with easy access, approximately 20 minutes from E-470 and 1-25, it takes about 35 minutes to get to E-470 and Pena Boulevard.  Bus lines are also available within walking distance for those commuters who not only want access to Denver but also Boulder as well.
